By helping to develop company policy and procedures, contributing to and advising on the overall Human Resources strategy, Employee Relations supports the business to achieve key business goals and objectives. That includes playing a key role in attracting, recruiting and retaining talented people, including those with specialist skills. The Occupational Health team are dedicated to proactively supporting the wellbeing of all Western Power Distribution people.
Perhaps most importantly, they are the team most critical to creating a culture where people feel safe, are valued and are motivated, by building close business relationships with managers.
