Annual leave - on joining you will be entitled to 26 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays rising to 27 days after 5 years’ service and 28 days after 10 years’ service. Graduates and Trainees are entitled to 23 days rising to 26 once training is complete.

Managed Back Care Programme - this forms part of our approach to health support and attendance management and is a free service to all employees. As a physiotherapy service, it is available to all employees to help manage a back-related problem and prevent the development of spinal problems.
