I originally began work with Central Networks, I was attracted to the industry as it was a service we all need and use and I wanted to be involved in providing that service.
Resolve dataflow error and issues update the Priority Service Register and write to all new customers that are added to the register. Liaise with Electricity Suppliers/Meter Operators/Data Collectors regarding dataflows.
The team atmosphere within the business, being able to resolve issues quickly and different departments working together to make it happen.

There are not really any in records admin does not appear to be a priority, Networks team have trainee programs that are available.

Increase in PSR volume, worked with IT and CCC to streamline systems and make the processing of data quicker and easier, it’s a moving feast and we are always looking at ways to improve what we do.
