I wanted to take the opportunity to work for a well-respected company with a strong ethos that also understands the value of customer and employee care. The company also provides many opportunities and after speaking to people who work/previously worked here I knew it would be a place I could see myself working. 

I am part of the recruitment team here. Day to day I create internal and external job adverts and work with managers to make sure all vacancies are filled effectively. I find my role really rewarding and strive to provide the best service that I can.

The best thing about working here is the rewarding feeling that you get from feeling part of an important company. You are recognized for your hard work and there is always someone to help should you need it. The company allows each individual employee to strive to reach their goals and full potential.

The culture here is friendly and diverse.

I think to be successful here you should be a hard worker, be able to work well in a team but also be able to handle personal responsibility.

My biggest achievement to date is my progression from starting part time in the contact center to now holding down a full time job in Employee Relations. The whole process was a huge learning curve for me and encouraged me to push myself to ensure I gave everything to pursue my chosen career.

My biggest challenge was probably moving from working part time on weekends in the contact center whilst in university to going full time. I felt this is where I grew as a person and took on the responsibility needed to move from education to work.
