Change 100

We are proud partners of Change 100.

Change 100 matches the best diverse talent with progressive employers. The award-winning programme aims to remove barriers exeprienced by disabled people in the workplace and to allow them to acheive their potential.

Through Change 100 we have become a Level 1 disability confident employer.

We are proud to be supporting the Change 100 launched by Leonard Cheshire Disability in 2014 to try to address the situation where a disproportionate number of disabled people are unemployed. Through Change 100 we are able to offer a paid summer internship to students and recent graduates with a disability or long-term health condition.

The programme aims to remove barriers experienced by disabled people in the workplace to allow them to achieve their potential. Currently just half of working-age disabled people in the UK are employed, compared with eight in 10 non-disabled people.

The Change 100 scheme aims to highlight the fact that many disabled students are talented, ambitious, and would thrive in the business sector, as well as broadening the public’s understanding of what disability is.
